roxi is a B2B SaaS platform that helps agencies plan, create, approve, and manage marketing content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when organizations and their authorized users use roxi.

We may collect account information, workspace details, client and campaign information, uploaded content, usage events, support communications, and integration metadata required to operate the platform. We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve roxi.

3. Instagram Graph API and Meta Platform Data

roxi uses the Instagram Graph API to support secure business account connectivity, content workflow automation, publishing operations, and analytics features authorized by the customer. We request and use Instagram permissions only for the features made available inside your roxi workspace.

OAuth access tokens and integration credentials are stored securely and are used only to provide the connected Instagram functionality requested by your organization. roxi does not sell, rent, broker, or trade Instagram data, access tokens, customer content, or personal information.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain tenant-isolated workspaces, process content workflows, support integrations, detect abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Security and Data Protection

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel, and sensitive credentials such as tokens are handled using secure storage and transport practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell customer data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate roxi, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.
