roxi is committed to giving you complete control over your data. If you wish to remove your Instagram account data and access tokens from our platform, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Option 1: Disconnect via Dashboard
- Log in to your roxi account.
- Navigate to the Settings or Integrations tab in your dashboard.
- Locate your connected Instagram business account.
- Click the Disconnect or Remove button.
- Confirm your action in the dialog prompt.
What happens next? Our system will immediately revoke the Meta OAuth access tokens. All associated analytics data and scheduled content linked to that specific Instagram account will be permanently purged from our databases within 48 hours.
Option 2: Submit a Data Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to your roxi account, or prefer that our compliance team handles the deletion manually, you can submit a formal request using the form below.
