2. Account and Workspace Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, controlling access to your organization workspace, and ensuring that only authorized personnel use roxi on behalf of your agency, brand, or client.
3. User Content Responsibility
You retain ownership of content, briefs, assets, captions, campaign plans, and other materials submitted to or generated in roxi. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, advertising rules, platform guidelines, and client requirements before publication.
4. API and Platform Compliance
roxi may integrate with third-party platforms including Meta and the Instagram Graph API. You agree to use these integrations in compliance with all applicable third-party terms, developer policies, rate limits, permission requirements, privacy rules, and content policies. Misuse of an integration may result in feature restriction, workspace suspension, or termination.
5. AI-Generated Outputs
roxi may provide AI-assisted copywriting, strategy, or planning outputs. These outputs are provided to support your workflow and must be reviewed by your team before use. roxi does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, legally compliant, or suitable for every campaign without human review.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep roxi reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as we improve the product, maintain security, or respond to platform requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
roxi provides workflow and automation tools, but we do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes such as engagement, conversion, ranking, revenue, or follower growth. To the maximum extent permitted by law, roxi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
